Breath Medicine: Breathwork Inside the Cave
Friday January 10th 6pm
Join The Breath Nurse for Breath Medicine: a restorative RESET Breathwork experience held within the calming, mineral-rich environment of the salt cave. This session is designed to boost energy, relieve stress, and support overall health and well-being. Inside the cave, the therapeutic properties of halotherapy blend with conscious connected breathwork, gentle guided meditation, simple visualization, and music for a full-body reset to leave you feeling relaxed, recharged, and renewed.
