Gentle and non-intrusive experience, which includes soft touch and energy modalities like Reiki , polarity therapy, and many other techniques, to bring you into deep relaxation and balance. These sessions can act as a catalyst for the body to draw upon its own natural healing ability by opening up the energy flow, clearing emotional blockages and detoxifying itself. This is not a muscle manipulation massage, rather a mindful experience that can be administered with or without physical touch. Energy work is not affiliated with any religion or spiritual belief system, it can only assist in helping for your highest good.
You will be completely covered by a sheet and blanket. You can undress to your level of comfort and each body part will be undraped so the therapist can work on that specific area, and then re-draped.
We can accommodate a MAX of 4 massages at any one time. The booking tab will show you our actual availability for any given day.
The only massages inside the salt cave are the couples massage package purchased inside the salt cave.
Our licensed massage therapists are all trained to offer prenatal massages after the first trimester. We have the option of pillows and bolsters to support expectant moms whether face down or side-lying. You will discuss this with your therapist during the intake.
We can accomodate minors for massage services. A parent or guardian will need to be present in the room during the duration of the service. If the parent or guardian is also wanting a massage at the same time, please book one of our couple massage services.
Book any of our therapeutic massages and during the intake, desired pressure will be discussed. We do not charge extra for deep tissue! Our therapists will do their best to meet your needs.
There is no wrong order; they all flow wonderfully together and compliment each other nicely! It usually comes down to personal preference and availability.
