We invite you to quietly relax and recharge in our nature inspired salt cave. With 30 tons of pure pink salt, we have naturally recreated the micro climate of a salt mine. We sustain this climate by maintaining the specific temperature and humidity levels found in a naturally occurring cave. The salt in our cave comes from all corners for the earth: from deep in the Polish salt mines, to the Dead Sea, to the Himalayan Mountains, to the Celtic Sea. It is anti-bacterial, uncontaminated by dirt, and is free of toxins and pollutants.
Relax in our comfy reclining loungers while ambient music is infused in the space to help you to drift off into your own silent meditation.
We can accommodate a MAX of 4 massages at any one time. The booking tab will show you our actual availability for any given day. The manual manipulation of the soft tissue structures of the body to prevent and alleviate pain, discomfort, muscle spasm, and stress; and, to promote overall health and wellness. Our three healing arts rooms are not the salt cave, although they are filled with many lovely salt decorations.
All services include a touch of salt
Sydney Linkous We did a couples massage in the salt cave and it was amazing! This was my first salt cave experience and I would highly recommend! The staff were very friendly and professional, and the massage was great.Aubry Mears There’s something so therapeutic about just laying down in the Himalayan salt caves that I’ve never felt anywhere else. I always feel a million times better after I leave.Han Nguyen Love it 😍Gary Moore An absolutely wonderful couples massage. The Healing Arts Room was perfect. Jason did a great job getting a constantly bad shoulder better than it has been for years. The facility and staff are great. We will be back and I highly recommend anyone needing some relaxation to go.Mary Herron Amazing!B Husk We did the public session salt cave. Extremely peaceful and relaxing. The chairs were very comfortable. Emily was a great host! Would not hesitate to come back again!Clay Rice Went for a couples massage and everything was AMAZING!!! Jason & Gayle rocked it for us, definitely what we needed and we will definitely come back!Jeanette This evening was my first time in the salt cave for a community session. Things to note: The instructions to come 15 minutes early is for real. They run a tight ship. We went downstairs to lock up our electronics and put on our socks, went into the cave to pick a chair and led into meditation. This started promptly at the time we booked and stragglers would be required to rebook as to not disturb our session. Socks are required. I was wearing socks and brought a second pair thinking that I didn't want to shove my salt covered socks back into my shoes. (I pictured sand or cat litter consistency) The salt on the floor is more like pebbles and rounded smooth. It was comfortable to walk on and no grains to adhere to my socks. The pictures of the lounge chairs on the website are not indicative of the ones there currently, which I was thankful for. These are more plushy leather and more supportive than the flimsy poolside chairs shown. The cave is regulated at 70 degrees. I thought i would have been comfortable with just my t shirt and joggers pants but I was a little cold. Take the blanket that's offered at the beginning. Better to have ot and not need it, then want it, and feel bad for interrupting your peace and everyone else's by getting up. I had brought headphones thinking I'd listen to smooth music but the organic background sounds they play along with the sound of water flowing through the fountains was peaceful enough. Again, all electronics are requested to be put on silent and locked in a cabinet outside of the cave. My experience: I suck at meditating and spent the first 5 minutes trying to quiet my mind, along with regretting not grabbing a blanket and cocooning myself. The next thing I know, I was woken up by the small chiming of a bell. I had literally checked out for 40 minutes and had no idea. I usually have very vivid dreams and I couldn't recall anything. It was that peaceful. Was it the effects of the salt and its mineals? I have no idea but it was an experience that I enjoyed. The cave was a unique environment and the staff and patrons were friendly. I'd recommend just to check it out for yourself.Christy B Equally healing inside the cave and outside in the garden!Google rating score: 4.8 of 5, based on 383 reviews
Our self-service Hammam is a one-of-a-kind Spa experience that is brand new to Asheville.
Inspired by ancient Turkish and Moroccan bathing traditions, this relaxing treatment is designed to detoxify and exfoliate the skin while restoring the body and the mind.
This self service takes place inside our newly built steam room adorned with vibrant colors, copper basins, and handcrafted tile mosaics.
By deeply cleansing and exfoliating our skin, which is our bodies’ largest organ, cleansing becomes less habitual and more of a ritual: aiding in the release of toxins, increasing circulation and bringing the whole person closer to their highest vibration. Sure to leave you feeling revitalized; body, mind and spirit.
