Held in Love: A Reiki Experience in the Salt Cave October 23rd @ 6pm

Settle into the salt cave for a gentle guided meditation and Holy Fire® Reiki experience centered on receiving love and care. As autumn invites us to slow down and turn inward, this is a time to nourish your spirit, restore your energy, and embrace the season of renewal. Usui/Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki® Master Teacher, Kate Wargo, will guide you through a Holy Love Experience (“holy” meaning wholeness, as this experience supports your overall sense of wholeness through healing, guidance, and empowerment). She’ll then offer each guest an individual energy scan/clearing and close with hands-on Reiki at the feet.
